At Nature’s Gift Tallow, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality, pure tallow for your creations. We encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us promptly according to the policy outlined below.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe there is an issue regarding damage during shipping, an incorrect item received, or a potential quality defect with the product itself as delivered.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements: We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis, but generally, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: The packaging or product itself shows clear damage sustained during shipping.
  • Incorrect Item Received: You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • Product Quality Defect: The product exhibits a significant, verifiable quality defect that was present upon arrival and before the product has been opened or used in any formulation.

What is Generally Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to the nature of tallow as a natural ingredient intended for use in formulations, we typically cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless a verifiable quality defect was present upon delivery before opening.
  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you change your mind after the order has been shipped.
  • Improper Storage/Handling: Issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use of the tallow after it has been successfully delivered.
  • Formulation Issues: Dissatisfaction arising from the outcome of your specific recipes or formulations using the tallow.
  • Minor Natural Variations: Slight variations in colour or texture that can naturally occur in tallow and do not impact its quality or purity may not be considered defects.

How to Initiate a Request:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Email us at danny@naturesgifttallow.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence showing the damage, incorrect item, or alleged defect. Photos are essential for us to assess the situation quickly.

Our Process & Potential Resolutions: We will review your request and supporting evidence. Based on our assessment, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the item.
  • A full or partial refund issued to your original method of payment.
  • Store credit for future purchases.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. In many cases involving confirmed damage or defects based on photographic evidence, we may not require you to return the item. If a return is deemed necessary for our quality assessment, we will provide instructions, and NGT will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrectly shipped items.
